Meet The CEO

Hello, my name is Dr. Cynthia Bienemy and I am the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of ALL THINGS PROFESSIONAL LLC Healthcare Workforce Research and Consulting. I am very proud to say that I have been a member of the healthcare workforce for 40+ years. In this exciting stage of my career, I have made the decision to remove all limitations and enter into ‘Preferment’, not retirement, which will allow me to work on initiatives that will take full advantage of the expertise that I have gained over the last 40 years.

I am passionate about the transformation that is taking place within our healthcare system at the state, national and global levels.

My expertise and leadership experience working in healthcare workforce, academia and research at the state and national level makes me well-prepared to partner with employers, healthcare workforce organizations, executives, administrators, educators and other entities to address current and future challenges facing the healthcare workforce.

I believe in having the audacity and boldness to make data driven justifiable evidence-based decisions are essential if we are to make significant strides in creating an environment in which healthcare professionals feel valued, respected and serve as a vital part of the decision-making team. All of which, will intuitively lead to improved healthcare outcomes.

If nothing else, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown the world how important our healthcare workforce is to the health of all human beings, regardless, of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, or economic status.

ALL THINGS PROFESSIONAL LLC’s vision is to become a nationally recognized consulting firm with a reputation for its honesty, integrity and effectiveness in assisting healthcare organizations, employers, educational institutions and healthcare organizations in using their data to make evidence-based decisions that will produce and retain a highly qualified, diverse and culturally competent healthcare workforce.
