Collecting and Analyzing Healthcare Workforce Data
Many organizations need to collect data to gain information that can be used for the purposes of strategic planning, addressing specific issues or challenges within the organization, program evaluation, respond to board members and advisory boards or to acquire preliminary data to obtain funding for various initiatives. There are also organizations that collect copious amounts of data about the healthcare professionals they license or employ or the students enrolled in their academic programs, but may not have the resources needed to analyze the data and develop reports in a concise and meaningful manner that can be shared with board members, administrators, accrediting agencies, potential funders, and other interested stakeholders.
Developing Data Driven Reports that are used to address specific healthcare workforce Issues
Data that is collected and analyzed must be presented in a format that is concise and easily understood by those that are in a position to impact change, such as board members, executives, legislators, administrators and potential funders to name a few. These reports along with graphical presentations of data that can be easily interpreted and applied to real life situations can be used to inform and impress.
